Barre is a dynamic and invigorating exercise regimen that fuses elements from ballet, Pilates, dance and yoga into a single, transformative workout. LIVE, VIRTUAL AND REPLAY CLASSES

Hello there!!! Barreworks Redondo Beach is thrilled to host over 30 LIVE and VIRTUAL Classes a week - including Barre, Trampoline, Barre Boxing, PlyoJam, Barre HIIT, Trampoline Express, Yo Barre (Yoga& Barre) and our newest class Total Body Burn. On-demand replays are available 24 hrs. after your reserved class. Become a member and never get a cancelation fee. Reservations are required.

We will meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey and take you to the next level!!! Come on in and build your strength, resilience, and flexibility in each and every class. We hope to see you join our community and feel how Barre Works when you work it!!!

About Us

Our Studio is located in the heart of Seaside Village. We are located inside Fusion Studios near Sepulveda Blvd. Our NEW location provides three spaces for our classes. Come to the lobby at 22236 and get checked into class. All our classes are suitable for students of all levels and can be modified for most injuries and pregnancies. In class you'll use your own body weight, a ballet barre and props like balls, bands and straps to transform your body and create long and lean muscles all while having fun!  Each of our instructors are trained extensively to ensure every client - whatever their age, shape or fitness ability - leaves class feeling empowered, centered and energized.  When you walk through the doors of Barreworks Studio you're not only embarking on a fitness journey, but you're also joining a family. 

We are open 6 days a week with classes in the mornings. Each class is available LIVE! in the studio, VIRTUAL via zoom livestream or as a REPLAY for 24 hrs after the class has been edited for your convenience. Plenty of preferred parking in front of the studio and in back. Please sign-up for class 24 ahead of time to ensure availability. Class reservations will close 10 minutes before class.

Classes Offered

BARRE SCULPT

Using light weights and props (think ball, bands, sliders) we have choreographed super small and intense movements that build long and lean muscles, improve posture and flexibility, raise and tone your seat, and sculpt long and lean legs...and after that we'll complete class with ab work that will target every part of your core.  

This kind of intense movement burns an enormous amount of calories and boosts metabolism so that you'll benefit from the burn long after class is over. 

Socks Required.

Trampoline SCULPT  

Using our Jumpsport Rebounders we've designed a low impact cardio class that will scorch major calories without compromising your joints. Not only are rebounders safe and easy to use but they help diminish cellulite, and work almost every muscle group with every bounce. 

In the first 25 minutes of class we'll alternate between easy to follow trampoline combos and weights, and after that we'll finish off class with toning sets for your seat and core. You can expect to laugh, sweat and burn a ridiculous amount of calories.

BARRE HIIT

Think of Barre HIIT as a buy one get one free class with cardio plus strength training in this super efficient 45 minute killer session.

This class will make you move and sweat, keep your heart rate up and burn some serious calories. Sculpt and tone your warm muscles with the small isometric movements of barre while boosting your metabolism hours after your workout. It’s really the perfect marriage. 

Shoes recommended.

BARRE BOXING

This intense total-body, high-impact class combines barre with kickboxing and martial arts. You will sweat as the cardio boosts your metabolic rate for increased calorie-burn, and the strength training tones and tightens. No boxing experience required; all levels welcome. Wrist Weights Optional.

BARRE EXPRESS

Offering 45 minutes express sessions - expect barre arms, abs & seat work when you have a special event like a girl’s night out, date night, birthday party or high school reunion.

YO- BARRE

Combining the flexibility of yoga with the strengthening elements of barre, this yo-barre class brings an awesome energetic vibe from start to finish. Set to the tune of a curated upbeat playlist, it's the perfect blend of tone and flow!

PLYOJAM

Cutting-edge dance moves will make you feel like superstars as you tear it up with our sexy and surprisingly intense, yet easy-to-follow routines. So crank up that music and let go of your inhibitions, then work that body like it’s never been worked before. You’ll leave every one of our dance fitness classes feeling invigorated, and with a renewed sense of confidence.
